Travelmint provides bespoke travel services, including booking of hotels, excursions, packages, and MICE events, as well as providing visa, group tour, destination wedding, airport transfer, and car rental services. Our services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making bookings or inquiries. You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your party have the necessary valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

3. Payments and Cancellations

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as agreed. Cancellation policies vary by service and will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. Failure to comply with payment schedules may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Limitation of Liability

Travelmint acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third-party services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Travelmint and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use this content without our express written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai or Dar es Salaam, as applicable.
